(828)-692-7231. Room rates are $62.99/night-let them know that
you are with the Sunbeam Alpine Owners Club. This hotel will
be “Invasion Central”. Registration, all tech sessions,
the swap meet, and the hospitality suite will be held in meeting
rooms at the hotel. Group drives and tours will all start from
the hotel.
Thursday, April 29
All Day Arrival at host hotel (Invasion Central)
All Day Selling parts? Set up at the swap meet/hospitality
suite area
All Day Sunbeam car wash is open
4:00 p.m. Early registration opens and the swap meet starts.
5:00 p.m. Hospitality suite opens.
7:00 p.m. “Welcome to the Invasion Party!” at the
hospitality suite.
Friday, April 30
All Day Sunbeam car wash is open
8:00 a.m. Hospitality suite opens all day
8:00 a.m. Registration opens all day
8:00 a.m. Swap meet opens all day
9:00 a.m. Mountain drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway and Mt.
Mitchell (6,684 foot elevation!)

9:00 a.m. Tour to the Biltmore House (entry fee on your
own)
2:00 p.m. Group drive for antique shopping in downtown
Hendersonville
2:00 p.m. Tech Session- V-6 Alpine Conversions by Jose
3:00 p.m. Tech Session- Sunbeam bodywork and painting
4:00 p.m. Tech Session- Wire wheels, electrical, interiors,
and others TBD
6:00 p.m. Group drive to downtown Hendersonville for
dinner on your own
Saturday, May 1
All Day Sunbeam car wash is open
8:00 a.m. Hospitality suite opens all day
9:00 a.m. Drive to Lake Lure for the Lake Lure Sunbeam
Show.
10:00 a.m. Lake Lure Sunbeam Show begins
11:30 a.m. Lunch served at Lake Lure Sunbeam Show to
registered participants
4:00 p.m. Lake Lure Sunbeam Show ends.
7:00 a.m. Invasion Banquet- meet your officers, present
awards and door prizes!
Sunday, May 2
All Day Check-out-drive home safely and we will see you
next year!
